Shaft selection to fit the player's game is critical. With this in mind we carry a large inventory of both steel and graphite shafts. Retrofitting a player's existing equipment to improve its performance is a large part of our business.

In refitting we include a swing analysis as a part of the process. This may be done with the Sportech Swing Analyser of the Distance Caddy Doppler Radar or both. These give us data for the correct flex selection. Sometimes a True Temper Determinator is needed to confirm the stress load a player places on the shaft. In reshafting drivers we can evaluate the launch angles created by various shafts and install a shaft with the preferred results.

Unlike Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) we can buy single shafts and customize our new clubs or your old ones with models that the OEMs cannot afford to bring to market. For instance we were installing Fujikura shafts in 1999 and the OEMs did not offer these until 2002. Likewise the "Orange Crush" shaft popularised in KJ Choi’s driver, and the leading money shaft on tour in the last quarter of 2002, is still not offered by any OEM.

We set up comparison shafts in Drivers or Irons of the same loft so that different shafts can be compared as to flight and control.

Basically we can supply any manufacturers product. In steel we use True Temper, Precision Rifle, and Appollo. In graphite – you name it.
